You don't pay everything up front, you don't sign anything unclear, and you're not left on your own once the site is finished.

A conversation
You call or write to us. We ask what your business does and what you want the website to achieve. It's free and you're not committing to anything.

A written quote
We send you a written quote — the exact price, what's included, what isn't, and when it will be ready. No hidden conditions and no extra fees later.

50% deposit
If you agree, you pay half and we start work. The other half is only due once the site is finished and you've seen it.

We build it
We build the site and show you our progress. You provide the text and photos; we take care of everything else — design, technology, security.

7 days to review
You take 7 days to look through the site at your own pace. Anything that isn't as agreed, we fix. Only then do you pay the second half.

Ongoing maintenance
The site stays our responsibility — hosting, security, backups and small changes every month. We're a phone call away whenever you need something.
What won't happen
- We won't ask you to pay for anything we haven't described in writing beforehand.
- You won't pay the second half before you've seen the finished site.
- We won't hold your site or content hostage — once paid in full, they're yours.
- We won't talk to you in technical jargon. If we slip, stop us and we'll explain again.
